Am I crazy?

Hubby and I have been ttc #2 for over a year. My period was weird this month. Usually day 1 heavy, day 2-3 medium to light. I had very light spotting day 1, light day 2 and then done. Also, other than the worst cramps ever the day before, none of my normal PMS symptoms. Should I test?
