What did everyone's contractions feel like when you started labor? How long were you in labor? I've been having contractions since 1am last night until about 11am this morning. They weren't consistent as far as timing but got gradually more uncomfortable. They started as tightening in my belly with slot of pressure in my pelvis. No back pain. Slept from about 11am-2pm and woke up with more painful ones. Got up, walked around a bit and they subsided. Slept from about 3pm-6pm, woke up with strong period like cramps. They subsided for awhile. Now I am feeling like I want to throw up. Could this be the start of labor?

I'm a ftm so I have no idea what to expect!
