Anybody else get ingrown hairs around their nipples... how on earth do you stop this? 
I don’t really know how to exfoliate my nipples😟
Please help 🙃

The only way to stop in grown hairs... 
see what you want to do is, take the affected area, apply nair, but avoid the areola (it will burn, like usher)

Do you shave your nipple hairs? I’ve done that a couple times and realized that plucking them helps prevent this issue. Or you could trim them with a scissors instead

I’ve never exfoliated my nips, either.
Have you waxed them or anything?
