I have been on the mini pill for 7 months now. I’m on my 7th pack. I have always been extremely good about taking my pill at the exact same time. I’ve never been late and I’ve never missed a pill. I’m always on time every single day. Well during my 6th pack I was about to take my pill at my normal time which is 10pm and while trying to get it out it broke into pieces. I took all the pieces I believe. I didn’t think much of it. The following day I had unprotected sex and he finished inside me. I started to spot which then led to me having a normal period right after. 3 weeks later after having unprotected sex I took a few tests and they all came out negative just to be sure. (Took them 3 weeks after the unprotected sex which would mean a week before my next period in September) should I be ok? Should I test again? Is it ok that the pill broke?
