I spotted 1 week before my period was supposed to be due, spotting lasted 2 days. So I got scared thinking it was implantation bleeding because my period is NEVER early (usually either on time or a few days late). I was due for my period 4 days ago so I took a test this morning and it came back negative (no faint lines or anything). So now I'm just confused... I doubt I would have a false negative this many days after an expected period but also not sure why I would be missing a period ?

My periods are usually short but the spotting I had was way too light and way too short compared to my usual periods. Any ideas of what could be happening? Anything I should/can do??
