Peeing after sex

So I started to have sex at 7 weeks postpartum, maybe like once a week to get myself used to it slowly. I tore once and had a good and quick vaginal recovery and I've been noticing I kinda pee a little through out the day and I dont even notice when its happening..like a few drops sometimes, for a few weeks now and I DID NOT do that before I starting having sex again.. I do kegels a lot during the day too.Im now 11 weeks PP. anyone else experience this??
