I'm pretty sure I'm miscarrying..

I'm supposed to be 4 weeks 4 days. And I just got blood work done today. But I took a test yesterday and It was a lot fainter than the other once. Well tonight I started spotting and it's going from pink and red. Back and forth. I'm freaking out crying
