Its called the rhombocephalon. It's a normal part of the brain in embryonic development around 8-10 weeks. The brain will continue to develop and it won't be visible anymore after a few weeks.

Considering you can still see the yolk sac, it’s just too early to worry about your baby’s brain etc. Brain development is incredibly slow at that stage.
