Woke up earlier than normal
I take my bbt every morning at 6am. Well my dog had other plans for me and woke me up at 4:30. I checked my bbt at 4:30 and it was 98.02. I went back to bed and woke up at 6am and it was 98.28. Now which temp do I use? I put in 98.28 but I'm second guessing myself.
