This passing full blood moon eclipse🌝🌹

Was anyone else menstruating during or after the full blood moon eclipse that just happened? I was and I must say from a spiritual standpoint looking at the shifting paradigm I have still been recovering from that. So much of my childhood traumas and programming being released at this time and I have a greater urge to work with kids now. Also feeling a lot of the divine womanhood re-emergence .. Its retaliation from the patriarchal powers at be as well as its embrace from my fellow ladies. We are reclaiming so much at this time. I also realized this past cycle that PMS is a programmed fallacy. It's just our mental mind fighting our bodies. We don't have to go through pain during menstration that's what we've always been taught and known. Some people say that periods are new too and that the ancient wombman did not have periods.... Thoughts on this,??

Exactly. Genesis 3:16 says birth will hurt so why would periods not be a part of reproductive health?

I became a dedicant to the Craft this past February, and ever since a few months ago, I've started my period around the full moon (either on, or a day or two before/after). In many pagan religions, a woman menstruating is her connection with The Mother and in some traditions, the woman is believed to be at her most powerful spiritual level during that time. I heard that back before real time frames, women tracked their periods around the phases of the moon.

I ovulate when the moon is full, my husband joked that if we do get pregnant it'll DEFINITELY be a ginger like me.We extended our Haust blót celebration till the blood moon too! It felt like the Gods enjoyed their share of the mead and "blood" cupcakes (pumpkin cupcakes with a red whipped cream frosting) better than usual.

Haust blót is the Viking fall solstice celebration. I follow the Old Norse Gods, the contemporary name for the religion is Asatru. (Stephen McNallen and his Asatru folk assembly does NOT speak for me.) This is an article about how Iceland has started to rebuild the temples to the Gods. http://www.norsemyth.org/2015/02/asatru-in-iceland-america.html?m=1
