I’m 31 weeks pregnant and just attended the all day free NHS antenatal class. I haven’t taken any other classes as I’m hypno birthing so it does cover much of the same stuff but not all.

A really useful class with about 6 other couples and really well delivered and informative. I was very dubious about going. There was one hands up every time, know it all mom to be but they midwives covered, feeding in detail, stages of birth, caring for baby once they arrive etc. Thought very useful and reassuring. Have read some people found it told them stuff they already knew but I highly recommend it
