Sleeplessness after miscarriage
Hi all...Ten days after a terrible painful natural miscarriage followed by D&C procedure, I am recovering with only little pain in my abdomen... But I am unable to get sleep till late midnight and hence I am very tired the next whole day... I was suffering from getting less sleep even from the beginning of my pregnancy before my miscarriage...has anyone else suffered from sleeplessness like this... Please suggest me with any solution to this... I want to fully recover from my loss both physically and mentally, as this was my first pregnancy... But this will not be possible without a good sleep... I am unable to understand what to do... Please help... Thanks in advance...
