Possible PCOS

So I have been showing signs of pcos for some time now....I had the mirena from the beginning of 2010 go the end of 2012...then went straight to ortho the end of 2012 until the middle of 2013...I got off the pill July of last year and been BC free since...Nov of last year was when the bad periods started...I had my last period in 2013 in oct...then skipped Nov, Dec, and Jan...my Dr put me on provera the end of Jan going Ito feb and I started my period by the end of feb going into March...then April I was late but started, may, the same , June the same...I am back to no period...my last period this year was July...I was suppose to start 2 weeks ago...(neg test) so now I have to wait another 2 months before she is willing to put me back on provera.....for the ladies who have pcos, does this sound like a symptom of pcos? My period history and such?
