working at a daycare
so i’m 18 with a 4 month old and currently looking for work. as far as a career or furthering my education goes, childhood education is the one thing that catches my eye.
i may even want to teach higher education someday but that’s for down the road. as for now...
i read that the minimum requirement to work at a daycare is a high school diploma. that being said, can i really get a job at a local daycare with just that?
also, i’ve been looking into courses online that i’d be possibly taking in the meantime. this is a lot to tackle all at once but i feel like it could also be good.
and on the plus side i could enroll my son in the daycare i work at which would make me feel a lot better about having to put him in one at all.
any advice to get started?! thank you so much!
