Running out of motivation

I had an ectopic pregnancy back in June/July which caused one of my tubes to rupture and it was removed. I’ve spent the past month or 2 trying to deal with what happened and get my body back to normal.

When I get my period here in about a week, my husband and I will be doing an IUI. We have unexplained infertility, both of our counts are perfect. It makes it even more frustrating. I’m tired of taking negative pregnancy tests and feeling like my body has failed me. The only reason why I’m still trying is for my husband and because of my emergency surgery, our insurance will pay almost all of the cost for infertility treatments the rest of the year.
