I’ve never been so confused in my life. Any help!!

I’m on holidays with my best friend, I’m about 2 days late but thought I would test incase it’s a positive.

We have a trip booked full of wine and cheese but not sure if I should be doing that!

I have had 2 positives then 2 negatives and then a positive again.

The 2 negatives are using my first urine in the morning & the positives are later in the day but the lines are so faint. They’re all within 48 hours!

Could anyone please help, I’m not able to get to the doctors until I’m home! 😦
