Clomid messing with cycle

I ovulate on my own but since we have been trying for 2 years my doc put me on clomid to up our chances of conceiving. I use clear blue opks and have gotten "high" readings twice. Both for 3 days and about a week apart. But I didnt wver get a "peak". What's going on?
