How do you tell if they’re actually Braxton Hicks contractions. I tried to ask my Ob & his response was I haven’t had any then.

Out of no where I’ll get a shooting pain in my lower back that goes ups. takes my breathe away and sometimes they reoccur but they go away.

Other times it feels like my boy is kicking the shit out of my cervix I’ll get a throbbing pulsating pain that does not last long.

What did/do Braxton Hicks contractions feel like for you?
