How much is normal?

Question

Anyone know what an average amount of breastmilk women are able to pump per day? I'm just curious.  I'm wondering what would be considered normal,  or over production. I'm averaging over 1000ml per day, and I pump roughly 7 times per day. Sometimes I miss a session but then I usually end up pumping more at the next session.

I was not an over producer, I worked super hard for my 30-40oz a day. I pumped about 6-8 times a day, and worked 12hr shifts.

I pump 5-6 a day and get 25-30 oz. I’m an underproducer but it’s partly because I had to adjust my schedule to save my sanity lol. I supplement formula at night and he gets BM all day. He’s a big eater so I’d have to pump like 8x a day to keep up and even then I don’t think I could.

I pump 5 times a day and could get 100+ ounces a day if I didn’t limit myself. My son is 5 months I’m finally down to about 65-75 ounces a day   I’m def in the over production group lol
