Pelvic Congestion Syndrome

The hubby and I went to visit my ob for answers on why we haven’t conceived yet . The scheduled me for an ultrasound and him a sperm analysis . I just got my results and not sure what they mean . I’ve done some googling but haven’t really gotten any answers in regards to fertility . Any of you ladies heard of pelvic congestion syndrome? Here’s a pic of my results .
