any cancer survivors?

hi all! my husband had stage 3 lymphoma almost 6 years ago, which wasn’t discovered until after it attacked his testes’ ability to make sperm (so was unable to sperm bank) and he had to undergo many rounds of chemo. he is supposedly infertile. we haven’t tried any fertility treatments yet as we haven’t exactly “tried” to have kids (though we’ve never used any form of birth control)... we’ve been together almost 3 years now. just wondering if anyone knows of any miracle stories from couples in similar situations??? really starting to get that baby fever 🥵
