Sore to touch top of bump by ribs??

So my ribs have been hurting for a good few weeks from this babe growing. Today I was rubbing top of my bump and I came across a sore spot when I touched it, it doesn't look bruised or anything but I kind of has me worried. Has anyone else experienced this? 35 weeks

yes my ribs were very tender up until 33 weeks, both sides hurt but my right side was the worst. I couldn't sit for too long and I was so uncomfortable but I guess my baby has dropped because the pain has definitely subsided

Yes I had this exact same thing!! Internal bruising from babes moving & grooving.

I get this if I’m sitting all day at work and baby’s heels or toes (or knees? Who knows.) are jammed into the same spot at the top of my uterus for long stretches. I have remarked before, it’s like having an acorn in your shoe all day—it hurts even after you take it out! 
I try to massage him from the outside to shift a little from time to time to get some relief. One mom said she uses ice packs to get baby to move, which made me laugh 😁
