Protein in urine, normal blood pressure

So im 22 weeks and with my first i developed preclampsia at 38 weeks and i was induced.

They are of course working me up for preeclampsia this time and the found protein in my urine after a random sample. So they had me do a 24 hour urine and it came back as 438mg which is high. But the the thing is my blood pressure has been good so far. I just took it this morning and it was 110/70.

Im nervous they will just diagnose me with preeclampsia based of the protien in my urine.

Also why would there be protein in my urine and my blood pressure be normal.

Also what will they do for preeclampsia this early on???
