So I just wanted some opinions. With my first daughter I bought Dreft baby detergent for her clothes...washed all of her stuff in it before she was born, etc. But looking back, we stayed with my mom for a while and we just used regular detergent there (however I know some babies skin is more sensitive than others.)

The other day I was at the store and almost grabbed some to start washing clothes for our November baby, but it seems so expensive when I could just get free & clear detergent to avoid the perfumes and dyes. I have eczema myself, so I have used it before when I was having bad breakouts. So I just grabbed some Purex Free & Clear for sensitive skin instead of "baby detergent." My question is do you guys think that just using the free & clear should be ok. I have started to second guess myself, and if you google it, it says even the Dreft is bad for baby so it wasn't any help!
