Birth plan?

Question

I didn't write on for my first birth. This time my midwife has asked me to write one and my notes even have a section for it. 
Have any of you UK mums wrote one? What did you include?

This was mine that I wrote. I ended up being induced and it wasnt as bad as what others have said. 24hr pessary then x2 fast acting gels(2nd dose got things going). Also I had a very fast labour, start to finish 1hr and 5 mins.

I just put bullet points 
Water birth
No epidural
Skin to skin contact straight away
Breastfeeding
If anything was to go wrong husband to have baby.
Consent to vit k jab
And I think that's it, my son is only 4 months old but it feels like such a long time ago lol x

I didnt write anything on my first birth plan but wish I wrote NO student midwives. I have had some awful experiences.

I remember when I was having my son 5 years ago, I wrote no epidural in my birth plan but during labour I was screaming for it 😂

Write if you have any preferences for pain relief. If you’re especially keen on a water birth, and how you feel about intervention if necessary

Hi Sarah! With my first I just wrote that i didn’t want any drugs that made me feel dizzy really not a big fan on that feeling. I didn’t write much else because I don’t think you can plan for it , just goes how it goes doesn’t it! So maybe things that you feel strongly about, meds, who you want with you etc x
