In your opinion have I ovulated

Hey guys, I have PCOS so I have long but fairly regular cycles (approx 37days) I also usually get quite heavy EWCM when due to ovulate. This month I had sort of light ewcm Aug 22nd but wasn’t sure if it counted as sticky, then nothing really, a little watery but nothing to report so to speak until bow when it is quite clearly creamy! #confused!!
