Crawling baby and wood floors

So our apartment has wood floors my baby is now crawling but she still doesnt have good balance yet so she looses her balance and sometimes hits her head on the floor I put blankets down but she still will sometimes roll over she also pulls ups on things and falls away the point is does anyone has any ideas of mats or somthing I could use instead. Also with the blankets I'm constantly washing them well becasue they're on the floor and sometimes she spits up
