Bleeding either during or after sex

I just had my period probably 1-2weeks ago. Yesterday me and my man were doing our thing and I went to the bathroom to clean up and noticed I was bleeding a little bit. Today we noticed I was bleeding, and this time it was on him too. Could it be another period? Should i be concerned? I haven’t any of this happen before. Anything will absolutely helpful.
