Did it fail?

So I had unprotected sex exactly a week ago. Just for context, my boyfriend said he didn’t finish and i was on the last day of my period. I’m super paranoid of everything so just to be on the safe side I took a morning after pill an hour or two past the 24hr mark. Everything’s been fine but now I woke up and started spotting. It’s dark brownish and I’m not sure if it’s implantation bleeding or not. I also started my fertile window yesterday so could it be ovulation. I really don’t know but I’m getting really nervous. Im not suppose to get my period for three weeks.
