First work out 8 weeks PP


Oh the difference lulu leggings make! But this is reality, with baby number 2. First day back at the gym today, felt pretty great. Not only for a mental break but to sweat it out. Only went for an hour and took it slow since I’m ebf but it was still something. Going to take it slow every other day, pretty paranoid of losing or decreasing my supply. Any other moms already working out? Would love to talk work out tips and such! 🙂
