Pregnancy after implant removal

I had my first baby eight months ago now, had the implant for seven of thoes months and we've decided to try for another. I had the ethan gestrial implant removed today just wondering how long it took everyone to conceive . When I first came off the implant to have my first it took me three months. I'm 22 if that helps TIA
