Hi all. I have been off birth control for about a year now. Before this, I had Mirena for about 5 years. I was experiencing low sex drive and was causing issues in my relationship. So I decided to stop birth control to see if that helps. Well, I’m getting more and more worried about getting pregnant so I want to get back on something.

Has anyone tried or use the non hormonal IUD or any other non hormonal BC? I suffer from chronic migraines so I’m worried about that being affected as well. Any recommendations?
