I was fully effaced and dilated to 6 during my 39 week appointment with my first. She stayed in until my due date a week later. Felt like there was a hula hoop sitting in my pelvis

I was 3cm and 80% effaced at exactly 38 weeks she came 2 days before her due date at 39+5

I was like that and my son stayed in for 1.2-2 more weeks
