First exam and 9 week ultrasound

I have my first pregnancy exam and second ultrasound this week. Although we saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks 4 days, I'm still so nervous for this apt. I have had two miscarriages before this and I have never made it to this appointment before. Can anyone share with me a little about what to expect at this appointment and some words of encouragement?
