Dieting
Hey guys, I’m trying out a new diet where I eat small portioned meals and drink a lot of water in between meals. On a normal day, I stop eating at around 7pm n I’m in bed by 10pm; but 2 days out the weeks I’m at work until 11pm and on those days I find myself eating and snacking more because I’m not in bed. What can I do to make sure I’m not overeating?
