TMI!!!!! Implantation bleeding?

So I am on cycle day 76. Yesterday and today I have had light pink spotting. And today I have a headache that has lasted all day. Do you think this could be implantation bleeding? Ovulation or start of af??

Have you been to the doctor for your irregular cycles, it’s hard to say what this is since you don’t know if you ovulated or not. Could just be your period starting

It looks more like a period but there’s really no way to tell. 
I’m going through the same thing because I haven’t had a period since my mc and am waiting for either period/bfp(:
