So I tripped and fell hard while I was at church yesterday. 😂 When I say hard, I mean like those YouTube videos where the girl rushes forward to catch themself and still hits their face on something. I ended up with a lower back strain, a messed up knee, and soreness from hitting a music stand with my face. 😭 I ended up going to an urgent care clinic today because my pain was a lot worse today. They gave me a shot of Toradol in my side, and medication. Best way to spend Labor Day.
