I take birth the control pill Portia which is a combination pill . I was wondering how important it is to take it the same time everyday. For example I usually take it at 7am but was away from my pills so I didn't take it until around 7pm. Will it still be effective? I mostly take it for cramps and to regulate my period as when I have sex I use condoms so I'm not concerned about pregnancy.
