Help please

My fiancé and I are trying for a baby

I did artificial insemination on the august 13th and on the 28 I had a light pink red color then the next day it seemed like a period but it was light not really medium but I normally go for 5 days normally on my period and this time it just stopped after 2 1/2 days then when I would wipe there would be a light pink/ orange looking color but only when I wipe it wouldn’t get on my underwear but on the 1st it quit later that night..... idk what to think my period never quits early... but I didn’t take a pregnancy test help any opinions...
