I go back to work in 2 days and have had the last 12 weeks off with my son. Every night since night 1. I have gotten up with him to feed and change him when he cries. I told my husband last week that we needed to start rotating throughout the night to start getting ready for me to go back to work. I work a lot more hours and way more days then he does. He said that was fine. And here I am feeding my son at 3 after getting up to feed him at 11:30. All he did was STARE at him when he heard him start to cry. STARE. Didn’t move. Didn’t say a word. Looked at him. Looked at me. So I got up, made the bottle. Started feeding my son and my husband just lays there. Petting the dog. Then just goes back to sleep. I’m SO tired of telling him it’s “your turn” when our son starts waking up. Like I KNOW you hear him and I KNOW your ass is up. So why can’t you HELP like you KNOW I want you to????? I will definitely be speaking to him about this today. But I needed to vent!
