Decided to eat chicken for the first time in a long time
I’ve been eating pescatarian (only fish) diet since Nov 2018. No I don’t eat fish daily n I chose low mercury since being pregnant. But I was CRAVING chicken hot dogs all that so decided to eat a piece of chicken I’m definitely paying for that now. I’m so constipated it’s uncomfortable. I don’t really have any questions just wanted to rant since my bf is knocked out 😭
