I have my period 5-6 days monthly I am regular, my period is never late, I have a heavy period days 1-4 and I regularly change every 1-2 hours depending on my flow and days 5-6 I’m lighter so I change every 2-4 hours. My period is sometimes extremely dark. And I get very very bad mood swings, I cry over things that honestly wouldn’t matter in my every day life, for example if there’s no sugar for my coffee I will literally stress for the rest of the day. I am extremely snappy and like a crazy person.

Anyways I bleed quite a fair bit and I’m just wondering if this amount of blood is normal for the amount of time my period goes for, and does having a heavy period make me have more mood swings?

I also have extremely bad cramps, back pain and my vagina is so sore.
