Had anyone experienced spotting and a only a one day light period??

Yes that’s how my period was in August. It was 2 days of spotting. I just wore a liner but it didn’t really go on that. Now this month I’m 5 days late and keep getting negative test. It’s so weird. I have never been late. So I don’t know what’s going on.

When I was younger 12 - 13 y.o and just started  getting  my period. But not since I got older and more regular.

Yes! It was the most random period! It happened the cycle before I got pregnant! I had basically barely light spotting. That's it! No need for a cup, a tampon or a liner! Just a little bit of random spotting. Which is not my typical period. But that month, it was my period! The next month I ended up pregnant. 🤷‍♀️
