Effects of a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago at seven weeks pregnant.

I ovulated 14 days later. I expected my period today. I've been crampy, moody, I want to throw my breasts out the window they hurt so much, I'm exhausted and nauseous.

I am currently at 13 DPO, Ikeep testing and getting a BFN. So I am fairly certain that I am not pregnant.

Could this all be remaining effects from my miscarriage? My cycle has been all over the place with symptoms this cycle.
