Birth control cramps
Does anybody have any remedies when it comes to birth control cramps. I got the implant on Aug 20th so I think my body is just adjusting to the extra hormones. I’ve got killer cramps though, bad enough to wear I can’t stand up during waves of them, and I’m having break through bleeding of old, brown blood. I know this is all normal, just seeing what I can do for cramps
