1st pp period help!

I just got my first period post baby (not breastfeeding) and it’s the 3rd day. First 2 days were normal but today I just bled through 3 super tampons in an hour & 1/2. I ruined a pair of shorts. The tampon doesn’t even feel heavy like it should before I need to change it. This seems excessive, I’ve never had this. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? If it makes a difference I had a c-section
