When did I ovulate?

I’ve had such trouble tracking my ovulation this cycle. I got a peak on CD17, but my temp has kind of been all over the place. Just when I got my high peak I’ve been sleeping TERRIBLY due to allergies and what I now think is a cold. Should I just assume I ovulated on CD17 or 18 or could ovulation happened as last as cd19? I had really bad ovulation cramps the day of my peak so that’s why I assumed I ovulated then. I normally ovulate between CD14-16 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.
