I could cry. I’m 35 weeks today and had a drs appointment this morning. Told her how miserable I am and how much pain I am in and she recommended I go on leave around 37 weeks since I’ll be induced around 38-39 weeks due to high bp. Talked to her about how my FMLA works and she said I didn’t need a note or anything to start early, just to go down and talk to them about it (we work through the same hospital system). So I go down and talk to HR and they tell me I cannot start anything until I deliver. Y’all I am so miserable I don’t think I can make it another 3- 3 1/2 weeks of working full time 😭😭
