I need advice.

Ugh it’s long and complicated..

I have a family member who is addicted. I no longer have contact with the person. Not because of the addiction but because the person is very toxic. I just got news that this person is suicidal and in a very dark place. Unfortunately the person refused treatment for said addiction.

Would you make contact? Would you try to help? What can you do for someone who won’t seek help?
