PLEASE NO RUDE COMMENTS OR JUDGEMENT

okay so all my life I’ve had an extreme fear of vomiting. The fear is called Emetophobia. I haven’t thrown up since I was 5 and I barely remember it. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant and I know labor and delivery is just a few weeks away and I’m TERRIFIED because I know a lot of women do throw up during labor/delivery. Luckily I haven’t thrown up at all during my whole pregnancy. I did get nauseous in the first trimester and a little through out the third but nothing too awful.

Did anyone feel completely fine as far as nausea/vomiting during labor and delivery? I need hope lol.
